OUR EXPERTISE

Our vegetable garden serves above all the needs of the community, however, a part is reserved for processing (jams, fruit pastes, syrups, vegetable pâtés…) for marketing.

All our vegetables, strawberries, red berries, rhubarb… are grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

With our vegetables, we make delicious spreads, based on tomatoes, eggplants and grilled peppers. All also without preservatives or dyes.

Our syrups are made with organic sugar and our aromatic plants all picked by us in the herb garden.

Our herbal teas are picked and dried in our new herbalist's shop where a dryer has been installed this summer.

Our jams are also made with organic sugar and fruits from our domain: rhubarb, blackcurrant, raspberries, strawberries, are cooked the old-fashioned way, in small batches in a copper cauldron , without any preservatives or chemicals.

We offer quality products, made in an artisanal way. We sow, plant, pick and make everything by hand without additives or dyes, simple and healthy products made with care and quality.
